RETURNS/EXHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

Returns 

We want you to love your product as much as we do. Unfortunately we cannot do returns on the Monogrammed pieces.
Our return policy lasts 30 days on UN-monogrammed pieces only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unworn, in the same condition that you received it. Please send in original packaging if possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or washed will be returned to you without refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and credit you accordingly.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will be happy to exchange an UN-monogrammed pc for you. Please simply email: info@stylereform.fashion to advise what items you would like instead of the current purchase and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping rates vary based on where you are located.  All items sent ship out of NY.

Within US: 

5-10 business days

$8.00-$15.00 depending on size of package

Canada:

7-12 business days (depending on customs clearance)

$28-$35.00 depending on size of package

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
