FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-1.5 weeks after receiving the order excluding weekends and holidays. We make each piece to order with love in NYC. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. Style Reform is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Style Reform accepts the following payment methods:

  • What is your return policy?

    Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

    What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?

    Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to info@stylereform.fashion if you need assistance with this.

    How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

    I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?

    Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.

    What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

    We will be happy to make exchanges on NON monogrammed items.

    What if I receive a damaged item?

    We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this! info@stylereform.fashion
