Bullet proof Coffee is QUEEN.

2 years ago I started drinking Bullet proof coffee in the morning and not eating anything solid until after 12:30pm.  I wake up around 6am so between 6am and 12:30am I drink only water as well as a bulletproof coffee (recepie below). I literally lost 13 lbs in a matter of doing this for 2 months straight.  I continue to practice this routine today! 

1.5 cups of a dark roast hot coffee

1 tbsp MCT oil (find at Wholefoods or any health food store)

1--1/4" square slice of Kerrygold butter or any organic grassfed butter

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Blend in a blender and enjoy!
